Don’t Stop Praying

I praise God for this uh wonderful time that he has given me to deliver his word. uh is the can say the first Sunday of this uh uh 2026 and I was able to give a short message on December 31, 2025. So in the end of the time and the beginning of the year, God gave me this time. So I’m very happy. Uh just before I uh start my message, I want to uh share a testimony about uh the wonderful work God did in my uh city from where I came from and was brought up. Uh there’s some anal just to uh put emphasis on we should pray and we should be humble. So this is about the experience uh of deliverance that happened in the life of uh we call her railways Amachi. Uh railway Amachi is the mother of Blushy. Blessie was in Tusan and uh she and her family had been here for a few uh I think years here. So this about how the uh IPC church was started in Anand. Uh it this I’m telling about 1970s even I was also not born during that time and the bless also was not born. So there was only one family and this is called the railways family because uh bless his father was working in railway and at that time government salary was not high very less salary and they were staying in the railway quarters no believers were there only this was the family and uh Lapachan was the son of a pastor but he didn’t have a depth in-depth spiritual experience during those time no believers thing. Uh what happened that the Amachi got uh ill and she was uh paralyzed from her waist till down so only hands could work legs can’t work and they went for so many hospitals spend lot of money and finally Amachi said that to uncle that apacha that don’t spend any more money on me because it cannot be cured by any doctors. And they brought her back home and she was lying on the bed and her older daughter Jolie and Jolie Mama she also had come here when my dad passed away during the funeral service. uh and the older son Joan. This story this experience was shared to me by Joan because he wanted to bring me to Christ. So he was telling all these stories. So uh Jim Mama used to knead the dough roti no uh knead the dough and uh Amachi used to bake it on the tawa by laying on the bed. So there was no gas during those time. It was the stove a stove which was lighted by kerosene. So she used to cook in that way. Now that was the time when anyone who has to come from Kerala to to Gujarat they have to take a railway engine which which runs on steam engine. So it takes nearly 5 days to come during those time and direct train was not there. One has to come from Kerala to from Chennai one to Chennai and from Chennai to Mumbai and Mumbai to Gujarat. That’s how the uh train used to come. So one day as uh Apachan was going for a job a pastor came from Kerala and you know that there was no church in Anand. God’s uh spirit told this pastor his name was Mundakayam Kutapan. He was the disciple of pastor K I Abraham. So God the Holy Spirit told him to go to Gujarat and to Anand. When an station came he went down and came to the railway quarters. Station was near the near railway quarters. So pastor came and told Apacha that uh you have to arrange a 3 days convention here. Now you see what is the financial condition of uncle only Apacha less salary comes all money spent on hospital. Okay, no money now and salary very less and because of their financial limitation their children all of them study in Gujarati medium where there is no fees I was studying in English medium because they cannot afford to send their children to English medium financially very tight and this pastor is coming and telling that arrange a convention uncle was very much angry very much angry but couldn’t say anything to the pastor Somehow uncle arranged the convention after coming from home. He went around the society and call all the people and a tent was arranged. No preaching convention was don’t think that there was a song, there was a prayer, nothing was there. There was no message also. Everyone gather. This pastor will call anyone from the crowd and prophesy and does the healing ministry. Everyone got healed. And at the night he has to eat food. Now so Amachi is laying down on the bed and preparing the food. Uncle Apacha thought that pastor so many healing takes place in our fam in our in the convention. So this pastor also will pray for Amachi and Amachi will get healed. But the pastor didn’t pray. First day went second day also convention so many people healed. Amazing mighty works of God done. Third day also same thing happening and the pastor didn’t pray for the Amachi Apacha was very much angry very much frustrated now on the fourth day early morning the pastor is leaving the home still he is not praying for Amachi deliverance of the machi then as he was departing as the pastor was praying apachan was little bit brokenhearted because of all the problems. He was totally broken up and he was crying loudly like a small child. Why this pastor is not praying for my wife? He is seeing that that my my wife is laying on the bed and cooking food then also he’s not praying for the three days. And you know how the pastor is in the early morning he will rise up shut the door sit there just close eyes and then breakfast time comes Joan will go and give the breakfast then pass close the door and then again pray never comes out and talks with any of the family members at the time of convention he will come out preach eat food go inside and pray that was his work three days he did like that so Apacha was thinking that pastor will ask about wife’s problem what happened no one is asking anything you know that completely ignored Apacha was so much broken up and crying and then the pastor said God wants you be to be so humble and brokenhearted because uncle was very egoistic and you know that the pastor prayed for the amachi who was laying there for half year 6 months and told that you will run in this city of Anand like a deer and will glorify my name and spread the gospel and prayed and suddenly Amachi stood up on his honor Brad and began to serve the Hallelujah everyone and we are also came in the faith because of that particular family hallelujah hallelujah so that is what you that is what the importance of bring brokenhearted and prayer Hallelujah. There is some connection with my today’s message. I want everybody to uh turn their uh pages on Matthew uh chapter 15 verse 21-28. Can anyone read please? My daughter of Amen. Hallelujah. For me it is one of the u gem of the gospel this particular incident. So here we have the three characters one is Jesus Christ second is the canonite woman and third is the disciples. So you know we have read that and you might have also read. So you know the entire story. The city is outside Israel, north of Israel that is Ty and Sidon. Only Jesus has uh got only one time there in the entire ministry. Jesus never went to Ty and Sidon. He just referred to Ty and Sidon when he says that if the miracles which has done in the cities of Israel if that city if the miracles would have done in the city of Ty and Sidon so the people might have repented and another thing is that uh when Jesus did his ministry uh people around Israel and also the people from Ty and Siden also came uh the crowd from these cities also came to get the healing. You can find about that in Mark 3:8 and Luke 6:17. The people around the cities of Ty and Siden came to get the healing. Normally in the time of Jesus Christ uh it was believed that most of the sicknesses are caused by the evil spirits demon. That was the normal understanding. Most of the uh normal understanding of the people the diseases are caused by the evil spirits maybe sometimes it can be a medical reason some can sometimes can be because of the evil spirit. So the the the woman mentioned here was a gentile woman and she had a in Matthew it is written a daughter while in Mark it is written her child. So it can be a child and child was uh severely it is written severely oppressed by the demon and no mention about any other family members of that family in that family. Normally what happens when Jesus Christ lands in any city there is a huge crowd and so many miracles happening. But here we don’t find any miracles happening. If you read the beginning passage the uh the sorry uh the the chapter which the passage which I which we read that was from 21 to 28. So in 15th chapter we can find uh the above passages mentioned about the instruction or the teachings given by Jesus Christ. While uh chapter 14 ends with miracles, so many miracles. While before 21 verse 21, there is no miracles happening. Jesus, if you read the same incident in Mark, Jesus wanted his uh presence in that town to be hidden, not to be known by anyone. Jesus doesn’t want to him himself exposed publicly. So he want to keep this mission secret. So if he wants to keep his mission secret that means he should not do any miracles when he arrives. So it was secret. Amazing thing is how the woman came to know that Christ is there. So we don’t I don’t want to enter into so many hypothesis why and everything but somehow the woman came to know that Jesus has arrived. Now second amazing thing about the woman she gave the title which all the people of is most of the people of Israelites refused. You know what is that title? Jesus Lord son of David. Now this gentile lady was not a Pentecostal. She was not attending a church. She has not read the prophecies. She was not aware of the Old Testament. She has not just attended a fasting prayer. Even she has no she is not using WhatsApp because if WhatsApp was there during those time and if Jesus Jesus fans club group was created during those time and if Jesus would have gone to tand side and then this lady would might be able to got the information about Jesus Christ but there is no chance. The point I what want to emphasize that the the the the Canananite woman used the very perfect adjective sentence for adjective clause for Jesus which even the people of Israelites refused. This you know can anyone tell the same title was used by one person in the in the gospel for getting the heal and he got healing very instantly. You know who was that? The blind man called uh Bertimi. He used the same phrase, same sentence. Oh Jesus son of David have mercy upon me. Now you know what was the reaction of Jesus Christ? Jesus Christ called him, sent somebody to call him and he was healed instantly. Did that happen there with the Canananite woman? Beautiful prayer. No, such a prayer even the people of Israelites also will not use. But still what did Jesus say? Jesus said, did Jesus say anything? The verse 23 says that he did not answer her a word, ignored her. Jesus completely ignored her even though the lady used the appropriate and very perfect words for Jesus Christ. is that should be a response of Jesus Christ. Now some of in the gospel sometimes what it is written uh the the writers you will use the their own comment there. Now Jesus wanted to test their faith or people wanted to test Jesus Christ. Such comments will will be put by whom the go not the words of Jesus Christ but after Jesus spoke the writers themselves their own comments they will put so here in Matthew and Mark both Matthew and Mark has not put any comments why did Jesus said no so it’s open to all assumptions we can assume assume anything you can even say, “Oh, it was Jesus wanted to test her faith.” Maybe Jesus wanted to test the woman’s faith. That’s why Jesus didn’t say anything. I don’t know. So, she was crying. She was crying and running after or crying before if it was in the house. She was continuously crying before Jesus Christ saying perfect prayers. How long she prayed we don’t know but she prayed till the disciples got irritated. You know that when somebody ask you continuously going on begging and begging and begging and begging even though not worried about your response what will happen? You will get irritated. We all get irritated. Jesus was not irritated. He was very calm person. Very stoic response. No, not affected by woman’s cry. So don’t think that if we cry, if we beat our heads, God will have mercy. This is a proof is Jesus is not like that. So much try, so much fasting. Jesus will reply. But here Jesus was not mindful. At the same time when Martha and Miam Mary cried before Jesus, when Lazarus was dead, Jesus cried. Jesus cried. So don’t judge Jesus. Don’t think that you cry that Christ can answer. So don’t so it’s very mysterious. Be natural. If you want to cry, you cry. But don’t think that your tears can mute move Jesus. Otherwise that will be a drama. You understand what I’m saying? If you think that if I cry and Jesus will hear my answer and then you cry, that’s a drama. Don’t do the drama. Just cry if you want to cry before Christ. Just like Martha and Mary cried before Jesus. No, it was not a drama. Genuine feelings. No. And it is up to Christ whether he want to have sympathy or not. It depends upon Christ. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. So the disciples was very bored, irritated. What the man is doing? No. Peter, John, what this man is doing? He should say either yes or no. No, completely irritating people looking and Jesus Christ is not worried that tomorrow in social media the picture will be shown in the Facebook of lady crying, weeping, beating heads and Jesus is not minding. You know what will the comments about Jesus Christ? He is a rabbi. What type of rabbi is there? Huh? This lady is crying for a long time. And then also this man is not having any sympathize with her. Not telling yes or no. Christ is not bothered by anything. What the people say about me. Christ is not bothered about that. He is not uh trying to do everything for getting the praises of the human beings. No, he is just fixed on God’s mission. Now who has lost the patience? You know that actually Jesus Jes Jesus should lost his patience. But who lost the patience? You know that the disciples lost the patience and said guru either you send either you say yes or no just send him send her out then because of disciples reaction not woman’s prayer or woman’s begging because of the disciples insistence Jesus says that what Jesus said another no Jesus heart doesn’t me didn’t melt it no what Jesus say I was sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel it’s not for you I have not come for you then the lady would have argued if it’s a Indian and a partner. I would have gone no if you had said no. You made me cry for a long time and you didn’t say yes or no and now you are telling now you are telling that okay I have not come for you. This should have you told earlier only the what did the woman say? Did you know that? What did that woman did? She was not a Pentecostal woman. She was not a Jewish lady. She was coming from a gentile. I wonder which fasting prayer she has attended. Did she attended any Bible class of Manu pastor? Marvelous response. My God, what type of lady she is. You know, such a humble from where she got the strength 100 days fasting prayer. Amazing. No. Do you think like that? Do you wonder about that woman? No. The spiritual strength? No. No. She has not received the Holy Spirit. not speaking other tongues also or not is it holy spirit even she is not baptized also oh sorry baptism she has not accepted Christ as a personal savior also she has just come for deliverance hallelujah hallelujah whatever Jesus response is there I am not bothered about both Jesus and that lady both are like in north pole and south pole I will not change Jesus said I will also O not change. The lady says I will also not change. I will stick on my position. I know for what I have come. Okay. I will not move from anywhere. I am adamant on that. Jesus said you are also adamant on that. I am also adamant. I have not sent to you. I am sent to the lost sheep of Israel. Clearly Jesus said no. No means no. When we all pray, we say that God, you who shut the door, no one can open. And God, you who open the door, no one can shut. Now here, who is shutting the door? Who is shutting the door? Let the congregation say, who who is shutting the door? Jesus. No miracle. Then the lady is trying to like a Gujarati lady. You know Gujarati lady are very good in bargaining negotiation. So if she would be Gujarati lady then what would I say is I translate that in English. If it is a Gujarati lady good in bargaining that lady would have said Lord Jesus okay you have come from Israel to Ty and Siden and in this two districts you have not done a single miracle so your mission is totally failure so if you want to save your name just do this miracle the lady didn’t that the lady didn’t do such uh such type of wisdom there. worldly wisdom. No, what she did? She came down and hold the legs. It’s my addition. Hold the legs of Jesus and say crying, crying. Okay, please help me. Please heal my daughter. You know this was the climax of everything. This was the next sentence which came from the mouth of a lamb of the the son of god you know the kind the the embodiment of kindness and sympathy and empathy okay next word was you know the climax of everything what you know said indirectly Jesus told her that you are a dog you don’t deserve this this is a it’s like if I am going to heal you it’s like I’m giving the bread which is for my children Israel and I give that bread to the dogs. I can’t do that. Now any any woman of any part of the world with such common sense what she will do? It will go she will go back. But what she did you know that Oh my god. I can’t say what she did. No amazing thing. Lord, even the bread which you give to the your children on the table when you serve some of the bread crumbs fall on the ground and even the dog of the house also eat. When I visit my mom’s house in Gilbert, they have a pet dog called Oreo. So whenever I eat chicken or beef at that time, it will come there. The Oreo will come and will scratch my legs. First I will not give you. Mommy said don’t give otherwise it will harm its stomach. But after a continuous persisting then finally I will get one piece to it and you will eat. It’s very exact. No the woman no very very has a good temperament no has good control over emotions okay and logic anyh how I want to get deliverance from Jesus Christ. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Whatever he says whatever the people says I am not bothered about that. I am just bothered about my daughter who is suffering at home. And if Jesus once even say yes, it will be done. Hallelujah. So she is waiting for that response. She is not bothered about what Christ says, what the people say, what the disciples say. And when that woman spoke that even the dogs get the crumb. No, you know what Jesus say? Oh woman, great is your faith. Hallelujah. Great is your faith. Hallelujah. Be it done for for you as you desire. Now the ladies the character of her that ladies no her greatness comes after that. No when Jesus said it will be done as you believe. The lady said that Lord you know how long I am praying how long I am after you. No no no that’s the point. No the woman the woman would have asked no this question Lord you have denied me three times and now you are telling me okay three times you have denied me and it’s not only denied it was a public insult you told me go dog also now how can I believe that if I go to home okay my daughter will be healed how I believe that okay and any man will doubt any person will doubt because three times no She might have think that okay because she Jesus wants to me get rid of me that’s why Jesus is telling these things but this lady was a pure gem no very very good-hearted very noble hearted very humblehearted she believed what Jesus said and she went home she didn’t ask for Jesus you also come understand if I would have been there I would have told Jesus like that Lord you have denied me three times and you told me do how I believe how can I believe that you have said yes so come with me to house and lay your hands on my daughter and get healed that woman didn’t ask that also I salute that woman hallelujah I salute that woman hallelujah and the woman went and it happened as it is hallelujah in this 2026 Hallelujah If you have taken a a a prayer subject in your hand, if you have taken a prayer subject and have don’t look at circumstances, hallelujah, don’t look here and there. Hallelujah. You should have a firm belief that if I come in the presence of God and if I ask anything from God, God will give you give me. Hallelujah. Two things I want to say. Don’t interpret God’s silence as no. Again, I’m repeating. Don’t interpret God’s silence as no. Second thing, don’t don’t take God’s no as no. Just pray in presence of God. Hallelujah. Don’t take the no of God as no. Just pray continuously about that matter. If you feel if you think it is genuine to pray before the God. The summary of everything is that don’t stop praying for any matter. If you are praying on it, even if the things gets worse, you don’t get the proper response. Situations are unfavorable. You might your logic will say you stop praying. Your mind can say stop praying. But you have to just focus like the canate woman that I don’t bother about anything. I want the answer from my lord. That’s it. You understand? The woman was so much focused that she just kept on one thing in her mind that I want the deliverance from my Lord. And you know that when she walked in that faith, okay, what happened? Things happened as she had believed. Hallelujah. This is the belief which you all want. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. And you know that we are not like that canonite woman. You know we are not like that. We are chosen by God. We are the God’s children. Hallelujah. Because God knows what to give us. Hallelujah. God will not make us beg and long for the things which we ask. Hallelujah. God will definitely do. Hallelujah. If God can do in the life of the cananite woman, how much God can more can God do for us? But one thing we have to be sure one thing we have to sure if says if says if your pastor says don’t believe that you tell in your heart this will be done this will be done this will be done you know the biggest problem is what now we get distracted we are not so focused We are not 100% into our prayer. The biggest problem is that we are not sure of what we are asking. And when we ask, we should be 100% concentrate on that. The doctor’s opinion, the medical certificate, your experience, your friend’s words, your relatives words. Don’t go on that. Just be like that lady only. I want blessing from my lord and I guarantee you no one can stop that. If you have such faith no god will give you. Hallelujah. May in this new year 2026 whatever you have start praying. Okay let us hold on to that. Nothing can nothing can take from you whatever God wants to give you and God definitely wants to give you. May God bless this bless you all through this message. Amen
