Thank you for taking a few moments to read my bio! I grew up in the northern suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. It is an honor to serve in this role as Youth Pastor at Bethel Christian Assembly (BCA), knowing I am treading the path of ministry paved by the prayers and sacrificial examples set by my preceding generations. Yet, my journey to this calling has been unconventional. I graduated from Trinity International University, with my Bachelors in Biology and my Masters in Bioethics. I received a science-based education integrated with faith-based principles, offering a unique perspective where science and faith collide. This deepened my understanding that science and Scripture are indeed complementary, each revealing various aspects of God’s divine power & wisdom. After my time at TIU, I completed my Masters in PA Studies from A. T. Still University. By profession, I am a licensed PA, practicing since 2012. My dual calling has reinforced the way I approach both medicine and ministry; that the well-being of a person must include the body, mind, & spirit.  Navigating both callings is a challenging task, but I am reminded everyday that God fully equips those whom He calls.Whether in the clinic or the pulpit, the purpose of the calling remains the same: to bring hope & wholeness to God’s people. I am blessed to be married to my better half, Olive, and the Lord has entrusted us with three children. My family and I are so excited to watch our youth at BCA take steps in owning their faith as we partner with parents to see the next generation empowered by the Holy Spirit.
