He had the privilege of being born into a family of faith and was raised hearing the great testimonies of his late grandparents,\u00a0 Pr. & Mrs. K.E. Thomas Kappamamoottil, who helped pioneer the early Pentecostal movement in India. In the initial years of their ministry, they faithfully served the Lord in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. Their <\/span>example is such a testament to unwavering faith, divine protection, and the power of prayer. <\/span>As a result of their radical faith, his parents Pastor M. T. Samuel (founder of Hebron IPC, Bahrain) and Mrs. Elsie Samuel provided him with a deeply ingrained spiritual foundation permeated by profound biblical teaching, Christ- like service, and a strong focus on eternal values.\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\nHe graduated with a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Economics from St. Berchuman\u2019s College and a Masters degree in Sociology with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Journalism.\u00a0 Subsequent to attaining intensive training in news reporting, he was given opportunities to express his creativity by writing and editing publications like The Bhavan\u2019s Journal, The Daily and the Indian Shipping & Transport News.\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\nHe arrived in Bahrain where he spent almost two-and-a-half decades in connection with his secular job. During his time there, he was blessed to serve as the Senior Pastor of Hebron IPC, Bahrain (formerly known as Bahrain Pentecostal Assembly) for nineteen years. On several occasions, he undertook the responsibility as the President of The Middle East Pentecostal Church, a spiritual organization dedicated to unifying all the Pentecostal churches in Bahrain.\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\nHe moved to the USA in January 2007 along with his wife, Titu, & their three children where he\u00a0 served for six years as the Pastor of Bethel India Pentecostal Church of Arizona now known as Bethel Christian Assembly.<\/span>\r\n\r\nHis mission in life is to know Christ & make Him known \u2014 whether through the preaching of the Word, or through his books, including, <\/span>Charithram Spandhikkunna Golgotha<\/span><\/i> (\u0d1a\u0d30\u0d3f\u0d24\u0d4d\u0d30\u0d02 \u0d38\u0d4d\u0d2a\u0d28\u0d4d\u0d26\u0d3f\u0d15\u0d4d\u0d15\u0d41\u0d28\u0d4d\u0d28\u0d17\u0d4b\u0d7d\u0d17\u0d4b\u0d25\u0d3e) , <\/span>Anuranjanangalude Idathavalangal<\/span><\/i> (\u0d05\u0d28\u0d41\u0d30\u0d1e\u0d4d\u0d1c\u0d28\u0d19\u0d4d\u0d19\u0d33\u0d41\u0d1f\u0d46 \u0d07\u0d1f\u0d24\u0d4d\u0d24\u0d3e\u0d35\u0d33\u0d19\u0d4d\u0d19\u0d7e) and <\/span>Vishvasahithyathile Anashvarasamgeetham <\/span><\/i>(\u0d35\u0d3f\u0d36\u0d4d\u0d35\u0d38\u0d3e\u0d39\u0d3f\u0d24\u0d4d\u0d2f\u0d24\u0d4d\u0d24\u0d3f\u0d32\u0d46 \u0d05\u0d28\u0d36\u0d4d\u0d35\u0d30\u0d38\u0d02\u0d17\u0d40\u0d24\u0d02). His last book <\/span>Vishvasahithyathile Anashvarasamgeetham<\/span><\/i>, an exposition of the first two verses of Psalm 23, won the award of Pentecostal Writers\u2019 Forum of North America for the \u201cBest Christian Book\u201d published in 2017.\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\nIf you don\u2019t know this about him already, he always has two books in his hand; one to read and one to write in. As a pastor and author, he saturates his preaching and writing with his great love for in-depth Bible study & Scriptural transparency.
